Because weight issues are very personal, I do not believe in a standardised method of working. Treatment must be personalised specifically to meet your own individual needs. Because of this, time-scale and total number of sessions can vary from individual to individual. However, I would be able to give you a good indication of likely number of sessions/cost after I have found out more about you and your own personal history.
